ELKHART, Ind. - Maxxair, an Airxcel brand, announced today the addition of a new line00-03900_A of vent shades, the Maxxshade and the Maxxshade Plus. The Maxxshade and Maxxshade Plus are the perfect solutions for blocking out unwanted light – day or night.

Both models feature a fully retractable, spring-loaded roller shade with a secure snap-lock closure that is easily installed from the inside, using the existing fan or vent garnish ring. The shade material has a reflective backing to block light and reflect00-03901_A heat.

“This is a great way to block out unwanted light while still enjoying the benefits of a great ventilation system in the coach,” said Steve Gokie, Director of Aftermarket Sales for Airxcel.

If the fan or vent is powered, such as in the kitchen or bath, the Maxxshade Plus has all the features of the Maxxshade but additionally, it features cool white LED lighting to help illuminate the area. Unlike incandescent lighting that can get hot, the Maxxair Plus LED lighting not only provides00-03900_B light, but stays cooler.

Maxxshades and additional Maxxair ventilation solution products are available at RV accessory retail outlets across the U.S. and Canada.
